After a decade of working as a sex and health journalist and editor, I decided to pursue sex coaching through SCU, studying under Dr. Patti Britton. I bring a light-hearted, comfortable approach to my coaching. I want you to feel welcomed and safe in your journey.
I was raised in a deeply religious Catholic southern household and would later go on to develop vaginismus. My personal experience in my younger years influences much of my practice and how I approach sex with my clients to this day. I can connect on a spiritual level and understand stifling, shameful upbringings. As a result, I’m passionate about guiding others toward a sense of self-empowerment with no guilt.
I am also a former online sex worker, where I gained insight into kink, BDSM, and ethical nonmonogamy.
My coaching is centered around relationships with yourself and others. Whether that’s intimacy within the bedroom or outside, my passion lies in guiding my clients towards self-love and self-appreciation and utilizing that new-found embrace in connecting with others.
