Sex Coaching is often about giving permission, offering education, and teaching specific exercises to improve confidence and competency in the bedroom.
My work includes helping women to overcome negative body image issues and how to focus on sexual pleasure, helping couples find (or rediscover) passion and pleasure in relationships, showing all my clients how to access a playful approach for expressing their erotic nature, and much more.
