Professional Philosophy:

With a primary focus on holding a safe space for individuals and couples to re:claim intimacy and sensuality, I´m also passionate about creating a container for playfullness and creativity. I believe that our lust for life is deeply connected with our possibilitys to embrace lust for sex aswell as expanding our window for pleasure.

My somatic approach to sexual liberation means embracing the opportunity to put your body in center and give you the mirroring and reassurance that you need to continue to build a strong sexual self-esteem. A self-esteem that you can transform into other spaces of your life and will support your actions in your ordinary life.

My background as an adoptee brings me the gift of being able to offer a intimacy coaching group for people with the same story as me, but also provides me with a strong empathic understanding for everyone who struggles with fear of rejection and are longing for deeper connections.
