I guide my clients to discover their sexual potential and take charge of their sexuality and relationships. My approach is sex-positive, compassionate, and solution-oriented. Unlike conventional therapy, coaching requires a shorter time commitment; it is a collaborative process that’s designed to empower positive action. I work with clients all over the world, both online and on the phone.
I use holistic methodologies to address all parts of sexuality and relationships: mind; body; emotions; and spirit. My clients set attainable, positive goals, and learn important skills and techniques. Together, we develop effective plans of action that work for their unique needs and circumstances.
I help my clients with: low sexual desire; low confidence; body image concerns and body shame; improving sexual and sensual skills; sexual inhibitions; orgasm challenges; erection and ejaculation difficulties; difficulty communicating about sex; feelings of sexual disconnect; relationship and dating skills; and more.
