Invigorate with Nate Coaching

My name is Nate and I am a Certified Sex Coach. My belief is that everyone has the right to create and achieve their ultimate self and wellbeing. 

Each individual person can achieve their ultimate self through, what I call, are the three E’s, Self Exploration/Examination/Experimentation. Not all are exclusive or inclusive of each other, however, once one of those avenues open the others have greater potential to open as well. My approach is to gain self-understanding through genuine and authentic coaching sessions. My goals would be to help each person gain a truer understanding of intimacy and sex. I also like to work with concerns surrounding shame and guilt. We all have been told that certain things relating to intimacy are not appropriate and that holds us as humans back from being our true self. I want to help with concerns and champion each individuals mindset to achieve their ultimate self. I work with the following (but not limited to) Male Intimacy Concerns, Female Intimacy Concerns, Ethical/Consensual Non-Monogamous Relationships, Couples Coaching, Individual Coaching Workshops, Lectures and Events.
