Professional Philosophy:

Sex should be a regular conversation in relationships and should be nourishment for the body, mind and soul. Finding, expressing and embracing your sexual self can change your life dramatically but suppressed desires can lead to internal conflict and potentially play out in unhealthy ways; so I work with clients to identify goals, build confidence, develop communication skills, and work together to find resources and techniques that work for them.
